Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Braynex Services website and any services provided by Braynex Services Ltd. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.
Our services
Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any project are set out in a separate written proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over general statements on this site.
Quotes & pricing
Prices shown on the site are indicative starting points and may vary with scope. A fixed quote is confirmed in your proposal before work begins.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and timely access (e.g. to accounts and assets) needed to deliver the work, and to have the rights to any materials you supply.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables built specifically for you. We retain rights to our underlying tools, methods and any third-party or open-source components, which remain under their own licences.
Liability
We deliver work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant work. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement per the terms in the proposal. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is dated June 2026.
